We look at your skin, ask about your routine and what you would like to change, then talk through the options and whether they suit you. Sometimes the answer is to wait, and we will say so.
Eight treatments, each booked after a consultation so we can talk through suitability first. Times are for the whole appointment and prices are per session.
An hour with a skin therapist: your skin in daylight and under magnification, your routine and what you would like to change. You leave with a written plan.
Fee taken off your first treatment. Your plan arrives by email the same evening.
A double cleanse, a gentle enzyme exfoliation, extractions only where needed, a mask chosen on the day and a long neck, shoulder and scalp massage.
Make-up from the next morning.
The cleanse, exfoliation and mask of the signature facial in forty minutes, for a lunch break or before an evening out.
Make-up straight after.
A light peel chosen for your skin after a patch test, applied in timed layers and neutralised. We will talk through whether a peel suits you first.
SPF 50 and no retinoids for 7 days after.
A diode laser with a cooled tip, a patch test 48 hours before the first session, and courses of six sessions spaced six weeks apart.
No sun, sauna or hot baths for 48 hours after.
Thirty minutes with one of our doctors or our nurse prescriber about suitability, risks and cost. Any treatment is a separate appointment, at least 14 days later.
Nothing is booked on the day.
Dry brushing, a salt and oil polish, then a warm wrap while your scalp and feet are massaged. A rinse and a slow finish with oil.
Please avoid shaving for 24 hours before.
A deep cleanse, exfoliation and mask for the back and shoulders, finished with twenty minutes of massage where you hold the most tension.
No gym or sauna for 12 hours after.
Prices in pounds and include VAT. Patch tests are free and take ten minutes; they are booked at least 48 hours before a peel or a first laser session.
Six people, each registered with their professional body and insured for what they do. You see the same practitioner from the consultation to the last aftercare call.

20 minutes
We look at your skin in daylight and under magnification and explain what we see in plain words. If a treatment needs a patch test, we can do it now.
15 minutes
We talk through the options, including doing nothing, with prices and appointment times. The plan reaches your inbox the same evening.
10 minutes, plan by 7pm
A mews house five minutes’ walk from Bond Street station, with two treatment rooms on each floor and a quiet room for consultations. Step free access to the ground floor.

Only before your first treatment of each kind, and again if your health or medication changes. Facials and body treatments can be booked directly once we have met you.
Then we will say so at the consultation and explain why. The fee still comes off anything else you book with us in the next six months.
No. We ask for photo identification at your first consultation if you look under 25.
Yes, to any consultation. The consultation room seats three, and we are happy to talk to both of you.
