1. Our aim
The site and every layer should meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA.
2. How we check each layer
- Lighthouse accessibility on a simulated phone. The lowest score in the library today is 100.
- A keyboard path through every control, with visible focus.
- A designed reduced motion version: a still or a crossfade, never a blank hero.
- Text contrast measured in all nine looks, not only the default.
- Real text in the page, and canvases marked as decorative.
3. Known limits
Previews run inside a frame, so screen readers announce a frame before the layer. WebGL scenes are decorative and every one has the same content in text. In the brand remix panel, colours are picked with your browser’s own colour control, which differs between browsers.
4. Tell us
If something does not work for you, write to us through the contact page or at hello@dusklayer.com. Say which page or layer, and which browser or assistive technology you use. We reply within five working days.
