1. Cancelling
Cancel a yearly plan from your account at any time. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and it does not renew.
2. Yearly plans
A full refund within 7 days of buying, if you have copied fewer than five prompts. A full refund within 7 days of an automatic renewal, if you have not copied a prompt since it renewed.
3. Founding seats
A full refund within 7 days of buying, if you have not copied a prompt. Once a prompt has been copied, a founding seat is not refundable, because the seat is limited and goes to someone else otherwise.
4. How to ask
Use the contact page, choose Plans and billing, and write from the email on your account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Your rights
Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
