1. Who we are
Dusklayer ("Dusklayer", "we", "us") runs the Dusklayer library at this website.
By using the site or buying a plan you agree to these terms, the licence and the refund policy. If you use Dusklayer for a company, you agree on its behalf.
2. Using the site
You can browse the library, play every preview and copy the prompts of the free layers without an account. You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy a plan.
Keep your account details to yourself. A Pro plan is for one person; a Studio plan covers up to five people in the same organisation.
3. Plans and payment
Prices are in US dollars and taxes are added at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Yearly plans renew each year until you cancel. We email you at least 7 days before a renewal. Cancel from your account at any time and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
Founding seats are a one time payment for as long as we run the library, limited to the first 300 Pro and 200 Studio buyers.
If a price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we tell you at least 30 days ahead.
4. Fair use
Each plan has daily limits on prompt copies and brand remixes, listed on the pricing page. Automated scraping, bulk downloading and sharing an account beyond its seats are not allowed, and we may slow or pause an account that does them.
5. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the layers, prompts, source files or media, except as the licence allows.
- Use a layer to pass yourself off as a real company or person, or to deceive anyone.
- Use the site or the MCP for anything unlawful, or try to break, overload or get around its limits.
6. What is ours and what is yours
The layers, prompts, source files, media and the site belong to Dusklayer. What you build with them, your brand, your copy and your changes, belongs to you, within the licence.
If you send us feedback or an idea, we may use it without owing you anything for it.
7. AI tools
Our prompts are written to be rebuilt with third party AI tools, and results depend on the tool and the model. Review and test what a tool produces before you ship it. The Fidelity Score measures our own blind rebuild; it is not a promise about yours.
8. Changes to the library
We add layers every week and may change or retire one. A layer you built into a project while your plan was active stays licensed for that project.
9. Disclaimer
The site, the layers and the prompts are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that they are free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Ending
You can stop using the site and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change matters to your plan, we email you before it applies.
